There's no one sticker price — it's built around your event. A flagship event day is all-inclusive (delivery, setup, on-site tech, teardown), additional days are heavily discounted, and smaller events are custom-quoted by distance and type. Tell us your date and we'll send a fast estimate.
What do you handle vs. what do we handle?
We deliver, set up, run the screen with a technician, and tear down. You bring the event and your content (or we design it) and a spot for the trailer.
What power does it need?
It runs off the trailer's onboard generator or venue power — we confirm the setup when we scope your event.
Are you insured?
Yes — commercial general liability and commercial auto, with a Certificate of Insurance for your venue on request.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Davenport and serve the Quad Cities, Eastern Iowa, and Western Illinois. Delivery is free within a set radius; travel beyond is quoted.
